Len’s Driving School must comply with legislation and expects participants to behave and meet legal standards for truck driver training and WorkCover High Risk training during a course and using our equipment on location.
- There is a zero drugs and alcohol policy. If the trainer or assessor or administrator suspects that the participant is under the influence of drugs or alcohol at a course, they will be advised that they cannot participate in the course. Zero alcohol means no alcohol can be consumed at breaks or at any time during a course.
- There is a no smoking policy which means that smokers can only smoke in breaks in designated areas and cannot smoke in or around our trucks and equipment.
- We expect participants to take a common sense approach to this policy and comply with our requests for the safety of equipment, our drivers and others.
