What are the zero drugs, zero alcohol and no smoking policy?

Len’s Driving School must comply with legislation and expects participants to behave and meet legal standards for truck driver training and WorkCover High Risk training during a course and using our equipment on location.

  • There is a zero drugs and alcohol policy. If the trainer or assessor or administrator suspects that the participant is under the influence of drugs or alcohol at a course, they will be advised that they cannot participate in the course. Zero alcohol means no alcohol can be consumed at breaks or at any time during a course.
  • There is a no smoking policy which means that smokers can only smoke in breaks in designated areas and cannot smoke in or around our trucks and equipment.
  • We expect participants to take a common sense approach to this policy and comply with our requests for the safety of equipment, our drivers and others.
