What happens if the person really can’t attend or wants to re-schedule the course he/she is booked into?

Len’s Driving School requires as much notice as possible if a person cannot attend a course at the booked date.  The following applies to cancellation and re-scheduling.

Changing the date of your booking and asking to re-schedule a new date:

  • You must notify the office by phone.
  • A re-scheduled date will be offered.
  • If you advise the office 2 or more days before the booked course date, the date will be changed. There is no administration charge.
  • If you advise the office under 2 days (48 hours) before the booked course date, the date will be changed if possible. There is a $90 administration charge.
  • If you advise the office  under 2 days (48 hours) and the booking was on a weekend and it cannot be changed to another weekend, the $200 weekend booking fee is non-refundable.

Cancellation of your  booking:

  • If you advise the office 2 or more days (more than 48 hours) before the booked course date, the fees paid in advance will be refunded. There is no administration charge.
  • If you advise the office under 2 days (48 hours) before the booked course date, the fees paid in advance will be refunded less a $90 cancellation charge.
  • If you advise the office under 2 days (48 hours) for a weekend course, the fees paid in advance will be refunded less the $200 weekend booking charge.
  • The fee to be refunded will be calculated in writing and you will be notified by email. For more details on refunds you can refer to our Refund Policy
